Wako's HCC biomarkers, AFP-L3 and DCP are the only tests that are FDA cleared for HCC risk assessment. Both biomarkers have their unique CPT codes. Select reference labs currently offer both AFP-L3 and DCP tests. Additional reference labs are in the process of offering DCP test and should be contacted directly for additional information.
